2012年2月3日，山东省武术院院长胡杰先生代表山东省武术运动协会与中非民间商会国际文化艺术交流中心正式签订了“关于面向非洲地区推广中国武术”的合作协议，协议涉及了在非洲共建武术培训基地、在非洲和中国联合开发武术培训项目、组织武术表演等活动内容。协议签订前，中非民间商会国际文化艺术交流中心主任朱迪先生曾于1月份访问我院，并与我院对外交流部主任孙刚先生就合作细节进行了深入而细致的商讨。

双方约定，特聘中非民间商会国际文化艺术交流中心主任朱迪先生为山东省武术运动协会中非国际文化交流总顾问，全面负责向非洲各国传播山东武术的有关工作。2012年是双方合作的第一阶段，具体目标是在马达加斯加共建一个武术培训基地并完成试点工作，之后将陆续向非洲各国推广。

与中非民间商会国际文化艺术交流中心的合作是我院加强中华武术对外交流的重要项目之一，是我院向国外推介山东武术、打造国际品牌的又一项创新举措，该协议的签订标志着我院的对外交流工作将在2012年迈上一个新台阶，为今年开创对外交流工作新局面开了一个好头。

Shandong ProvinceWushu Association Entered into a Cooperation Agreement with the Culture andArts Exchange Center,China-AfricaBusiness Council

On behalf of Shandong Province Wushu Association, Mr. Hu Jie, president of the Martial Arts Institute of Shandong Province, signed an official cooperation agreement with the Culture andArts Exchange Center,China-Africa Business Council on February 3, 2012. With a view to promoting Chinese Wushu in Africa, this agreement involves the establishment of Wushu training bases in African countries, the joint development of Wushu training programs inChinaandAfrica, the organization of Wushu performances, etc. Before the signature of this agreement, Mr. Zhu Di, director of the Culture andArts Exchange Center,China-Africa Business Council, visited our institute in January, and conducted an in-depth and detail-oriented negotiation with Mr. Sun Gang, chief of the International Exchange Department of our institute.

Both parties agree that Mr. Zhu Di, director of the Culture andArts Exchange Center,China-Africa Business Council, will act as the China-Africa International Culture Exchange General Advisor for Shandong Province Wushu Association, fully responsible for the work related to spreading Shandong Wushu to African countries. The target of 2012, the first stage of cooperation, is to co-establish a pilot Wushu training base in theRepublicofMadagascar. After that, Wushu training bases will be set up in other African countries.

The cooperation with the Culture andArts Exchange Center,China-Africa Business Council is one of the important projects of our institute oriented to propelling the international exchange of Chinese Wushu, as well as another initiative to promote Shandong Wushu and build international brands of our institute. The conclusion of this agreement heralds a thriving 2012 for our international exchange.
